If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use contact us on store website and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us for exchange or full refund on items purchased at FULL RETAIL PRICE. You have 7 days since the delivery of your product on all retail and non-promotional items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Mystique Grabber Boutique adds tracking to every order that is shipped. If that tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can reach them by calling 1(800) 222-1811 for domestic and international issues or visiting their website. Please check your mailbox, on or around it, your neighborhood, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable). Speak with family and do some investigating before you deem the package missing. Please contact your local post office to make a claim. Mystique Grabber Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed your order tracking number. All international orders have a flat shipping rate of $30.00.
